"la crème is the only agency i have found who did what they said they would. the consultant established that ours was a two way relationship and asked that i be honest with her about my job search and in exchange la crème would stay in contact and recommend anything they thought was right for me.  la crème kept their word.  the consultants maintained contact and when i called them i was never been made to feel like i was wasting their time.  they have almost acted as life-coaches giving warm, friendly encouragement. before each interview i was sent briefing notes, contact details, interview tips and good wishes.  i am convinced that their care and support has enabled me to go into interviews prepared and confident.  i would recommend them to both recruiters and candidates.  in fact the downside to getting a job is that i will no longer receive their cheerful 'just calling to see how you are' calls!"
