Receptionist

Roles / Responsibilities:


Manage a busy switchboard.
Advice and guide switchboard personnel when necessary.
Co-ordinate and schedule of meeting rooms and ensure the maintenance of rooms as required.
Meet and greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Liaise with building security regarding visitor access.

Skills / Experience:

Previous receptionist experience including previous experience working on a busy reception.
Previous switchboard experience.
Degree or equivalent.

Personal Attributes:

Professional telephone manner.
Immaculately presented.
Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone.
Polished.
