Job Description:

Are you bored of the daily commute? Are you a professional and accomplished PA? Are you available immediately and able to commit to a months' contract working in Richmond? If so, we want to see you!

Roles / Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities include:

• Diary management for Director
• Meeting organisation
• Travel arrangements
• Call distribution in the absence of Director
• Visa requirement, as necessary
• Support presentation creation

Skills / Experience:

You will have:

• Good communication skills
• Quick request handling
• Good multitasking ability
• Experience in matrix organisation
• Proven PA skills
• PA experience in a Finance department (desirable)
