Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Manager to join our successful and growing Support Division. The key focus of your role will be to manage, develop and grow an established temporary and permanent team within the Financial Services market. You will need to lead by example, recruiting for many of the Top investment banks, whilst mentoring and developing your team. You will be responsible for your team pnl, including all hires, costs and revenue.
We need an ambitious recruiter, with a track record of successfully delivering quality service and meeting revenue performance objectives, who is looking to develop their career in a specialist market. A proven track record within financial services recruitment, ideally specialising in Support is essential.
