A great opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join this forward thinking technology company in London.
Job Description:
Working within the Commercial Product and Service Management (CPSM) team, the Administrator will provide proactive administrative support for the VP, CPSM and the respective CPSM teams. They will provide support for the coordination of specific activities and will assist the Division in meeting critical deadlines, while anticipating the needs of the teams and managing multiple priorities in a proactive, resilient and energetic manner. A flexible approach, an ability to react quickly to changing situations and the skills and personality to build positive relationships within the Division and across all functions of the business are essential to being successful in this role.
Roles / Responsibilities:
¿Provide full admin support for the CPSM team. This may include scheduling meetings and teleconferences, management of travel schedules, invitation letters and visas, organising shipments, assisting with expense claims, etc.
¿Be first point of contact for any invoice queries.
¿Oversee the CPSM budget and check and balance each month spend to ensure the department remains within the budget set. Attend monthly budget meetings with cost centre managers and Financial Co-ordinator.
¿Complete the weekly whereabouts for the division and post on corporate intranet
¿Once a year, provide full administrative/project co-ordination support to the Portfolio Development Forum (PDF). This involves working with IT and telecoms, facilities, security and the post room, and requires a level of energy and enthusiasm to be maintained for several weeks leading up to & during the event.

Skills / Experience:
¿Previous administrative and/or team co-ordination experience
¿Excellent Microsoft Office skills, demonstrated in an administrative environment
¿Excellent inter-personal and communication - tactful and able to build relationships
¿Ability to manage several conflicting requests at the same time and prioritise tasks effectively
¿A high degree of organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
¿A highly proactive approach, and able to instigate improvements and initiative to follow through
¿An ability to work under pressure against short timescales
Education / Professional Qualifications:
¿University degree or equivalent
¿Interest in developing project management expertise
